Its hard to photograph these guys with a good backdrop.. they seem to attract crowds

. and were in the middle of a festival. Avoiding the Mass amounts of people, tents, carny stands and golf carts was a challenge

so Brush desaturation seemed the best option. I have wonderful shots of them with really bad backdrops

I love the photo and I didnt even notice the bg was desaturated because the bold colors of the two fancy dancers were so bright. Very well balanced.
